Sodium Ascorbate Coated 98 consists of sodium ascorbate and ethyl cellulose. It is white to pale yellow micro-crystalline powder.Ascorbic acid vitamin c has no side effects.

STABILITY AND STORAGE

Sodium Ascorbate Coated 98 is fairly stable to air if protected from humidity, but is somewhat sensitive to heat. The product may be stored for at least 24 months from the date of manufacture when in the unopened original container and at room temperature below 25℃. On prolonged storage, a slight yellow discoloration may occur which, however, does not affect the biological activity.
