Stability and storage
Coated Ascorbic Acid 97% is fairly stable to air if protected from humidity, but is somewhat sensitive to heat. The product may be stored for at least 24 months from the date of manufacture when the unopened original container and at room temperature below 25℃. On prolonged storage, a slight yellow discoloration may occur which, however, does not affect the biological activity.

Coated Ascorbic Acid 97% is used for the enrichment, standardization or stabilization of dry food preparations .
